 About

www.ThreeUnrelated.com

The goal in creating www.ThreeUnrelated.com was to build an easy and inexpensive, single page, map based rental search, with photos and videos.  A more human approach can paint a real picture in a renter’s mind.

It needed to solve the data entry problem for advertisers with from one to five thousand properties. We’re all used to entering data one property at a time. But what if you could keep all your addresses and property info on a spread sheet and bulk upload the information and changes any time you want? Just about anyone can and has used a spreadsheet. Whether you use Microsoft Excel, or the free Google Spreadsheets this application works with a very small and simple CSV (comma separated variable) file for bulk upload of property data.

Keep the spreadsheet on your hard drive. You or anyone you choose can add, edit, update or delete property data. You upload that data, ad photos and video links and you’re done. Enter the date a property is available and pre leasing becomes a snap because renters can search by this date and call on properties available when they need them.

As a renter, the display speaks for its self. It uses a Google Map, (the site is not affiliated with Google) to show where the properties are located. You search by property type, location, date available etc… If you want to live by campus, the park, or highway access, it’s simple to tell which home is for you.
